Wapoo values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use the Wapoo mobile application (the “App”) and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Data Collection and Processing

Media Content: Photos and videos you upload are processed in real time solely to deliver visual generation and editing features you request. We do not use your uploads to train or refine our systems, and we do not retain original media longer than necessary to complete the requested processing. We do not sell, share, or otherwise use your uploaded media for advertising or other commercial purposes.

Usage Information: We may collect anonymized data about how you use the App (such as feature usage and crash logs) to improve the Service. Such information does not identify you personally.

2. Payment Information

All in‑app purchases are processed through secure, PCI‑compliant third‑party providers (e.g., PayPal, Apple Pay). Wapoo does not directly store or handle your bank account or credit card details.

3. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure.

4. User Content and License

By submitting or uploading photos, videos, or other content (“User Content”) to Wapoo, you grant Wapoo a limited, non‑exclusive, revocable license to process and display that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. We will not use your User Content for advertising, promotional, or other commercial purposes without your express permission. If Wapoo wishes to feature or otherwise use your User Content for promotional or similar purposes, we will contact you first and obtain your explicit authorization.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be effective when posted in the App and will be indicated by a new “Last Updated” date. For material changes—such as changes to how we process or store data—we will notify you via the email associated with your account or through in‑app notifications at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
