Terms of Service

Welcome to Wapoo. By accessing or using the Wapoo mobile application (“App”) and the Wapoo co-creation platform (“Service”), you:

  • Confirm that you have read and understood these Terms
  • Agree to be legally bound by them
  • Accept our Privacy Policy
  • Commit to comply with all applicable laws and regulations

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Wapoo app. To participate in the Bounty program or withdraw funds, you must be at least 18 years old, or have explicit parental or legal guardian consent if required by applicable law.

2. Changes to the Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting an updated version on the Platform with a new “Last Updated” date. For material changes (e.g., modifications to pricing, data usage rules, or account termination policies), we will notify you via the email associated with your account or through in‑app notifications at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. 30-Day Streak & Bounty

Rewards—including daily allowances and shares of the prize pool—depend on maintaining a consecutive 30-day activity streak. Failure to Relay on a given day or to use a Spark to preserve your streak will end the streak and forfeit any pending rewards.

4. Anti-Fraud

Wapoo strictly prohibits the use of bots, scripts, emulators or GPS spoofing. Attempts to manipulate Heat Points or streak mechanics will result in immediate account termination and loss of all balances.

5. Liability Disclaimer

Wapoo is not liable for property damage, personal injury or disciplinary actions arising from in-person events, Greek Life activities or faction rivalries. Participation in such activities is at your own risk.

6. In‑App Purchases and Refund Policy

Certain features of the Wapoo App allow you to purchase credits through the App Store. These purchases are final and non‑refundable; credits are directly deposited into your account balance and cannot be returned, exchanged or redeemed for cash or other value. By completing an in‑app purchase, you agree to this refund policy and acknowledge that no refunds or credits will be issued.
